Terms and Conditions
These terms explain how LaunchLiftAI helps turn a submitted web app into launch materials, package files, Market listings, QA evidence, and owner-controlled handoffs across supported platforms. The product can prepare, guide in plain language, and record supervised Firebase, App Store Connect, and store steps, but you remain responsible for accounts, credentials, payments, legal declarations, final submissions, rollout, and the final app.
Agreement to these terms
These Terms and Conditions govern access to and use of LaunchLift AI, including the website at https://launchliftai.com, the workspace, AI support, source-connection workflows, multi-market launch planning tools, generated assets, payment flows, support features, and any related beta or production services. By creating an account, signing in, submitting an app URL, connecting a repository, purchasing a plan, or using the service, you agree to these terms on behalf of yourself or the organization you represent.
What LaunchLift AI does
LaunchLift AI helps web, no-code, low-code, PWA, and custom app builders move from a live web app toward LaunchLiftAI Market, web/PWA, Chrome Extension, Android, Google Play, Apple, Windows, and selected third-party marketplace paths. The service may run a free readiness scan, explain the gap to launch readiness, suggest native features, generate or edit store copy, policy notes, screenshots, icons and other assets, coordinate optional GitHub-connected improvements, provide guided Launch Agent setup for supported Firebase, GitHub, build, platform, App Store Connect, and store steps, prepare package and handoff materials, manage version history, provide protected downloads, publish eligible apps to the LaunchLiftAI Market, save owner-Agent transcript and handoff proof, and support draft-upload or export workflows where your plan and account access allow it.
Free scans and active app billing
A scan may be offered without a credit card. Paid active-app billing unlocks Android build support, unlimited rebuilds for the active wrapped app while billing is current, LaunchLiftAI Market publishing from Workspace, package preparation, export/download paths, supported owner-guided store handoffs selected in Workspace, asset generation, protected files, upload checklists, and native-feature access for the app or app slots shown at checkout or in the pricing page. The standard self-serve price is USD 100 once per app plus USD 20 per active app per month unless checkout, invoice, discount, or written terms say otherwise. Subscriptions can be cancelled through the billing area where available. Cancellation normally stops future renewals, but it does not automatically refund completed paid work, past charges, launch fees, protected delivery, or support already provided unless required by law or expressly stated in writing.
Accounts and eligibility
You must provide accurate account information and keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account, including activity by teammates or collaborators you invite or authorize. You may not use LaunchLift AI if you are legally prohibited from doing so, if you are under the minimum age required to enter into a binding contract in your location, or if your account was previously suspended for misuse.
Your app, content, and permissions
You remain responsible for the apps, URLs, repositories, files, brands, logos, screenshots, support messages, prompts, store listing content, and other materials you submit. You confirm that you own them or have permission to use them and to allow LaunchLift AI and its service providers to process them for the service. You retain ownership of your materials. You grant LaunchLift AI a limited license to host, process, analyze, transform, display, store, and transmit your materials as needed to provide the service, protect the platform, comply with law, and support your account.
Generated materials and review duty
AI-generated and system-generated outputs, including app descriptions, screenshots guidance, feature recommendations, policy notes, data safety prompts, release notes, build instructions, support replies, owner-Agent transcripts, and handoff summaries, are drafts and planning materials plus operational records. They are not legal advice, app store approval, tax advice, security certification, or a guarantee that your app complies with every law, platform rule, or marketplace requirement. You must review and approve all generated materials before using them in production, submitting them to a store, sending them to users, or relying on them for compliance.
Policy and compliance materials
LaunchLift AI can draft privacy policy notes, Terms prompts, Data Safety guidance, permission explanations, marketplace declarations, and release checklists. These materials are product guidance for owner review, not a law firm opinion or final compliance certification. You must confirm what your app actually collects, uses, shares, stores, and displays before publishing any legal text or platform declaration.
Source connections and code changes
If you connect GitHub or another source provider, LaunchLift AI may read selected repository metadata, branches, files, pull request context, installation details, and change history as needed for the workflow you authorize. Where the service proposes code changes or ready-to-paste instructions, you remain responsible for reviewing, testing, accepting, merging, deploying, or rejecting those changes. LaunchLift AI is not responsible for outages, regressions, security issues, or data loss caused by unreviewed changes, third-party repository permissions, or deployment decisions outside the service.
Builds, downloads, and Android packaging
LaunchLift AI may help prepare Android package paths, APK/AAB handoff notes, build jobs, artifact links, version history, rollback notes, and protected downloads. Build outputs depend on your app, connected materials, platform configuration, Android tooling, third-party services, signing requirements, and store requirements. You are responsible for verifying build outputs, protecting signing credentials, testing installed apps, checking permissions, and deciding whether a build is ready for distribution.
Billing, app slots, and active apps
Some features require paid active-app billing. Payment processing may be handled by a third-party payment provider such as Stripe. Prices, included features, active app counts, app-slot changes, renewal terms, taxes, and cancellation rules are shown in the pricing page, checkout flow, invoice, or account billing area. You can add apps later at the same per-app launch and monthly active-app rate shown at the time of purchase; the monthly premium includes unlimited rebuilds, LaunchLiftAI Market publishing, package preparation, export/download paths, and supported owner-guided store handoffs selected in Workspace for each active wrapped app while billing remains current unless a later checkout, invoice, discount, or written agreement says otherwise. Unless the checkout terms or applicable law say otherwise, fees already paid are non-refundable once paid work, build preparation, protected delivery, or active app access has begun. Reducing active app count may reduce access to paid features for affected apps, but should not intentionally delete your core account without notice.
Failed payments and paused app access
If a subscription payment fails, is disputed, requires action, becomes past due, is canceled, or cannot be verified, LaunchLift AI may pause the affected wrapped app, native features, paid Android builds, signed APK/AAB downloads, Google Play upload support, paid launch assistance, and other paid entitlements until billing is corrected. Free account access, historical records, and support may remain available where practical, but paid delivery is not guaranteed while payment is unresolved.
Cancellation, renewal, deletion, and refunds
Subscriptions may renew automatically according to the checkout, invoice, or billing portal terms. You can manage payment methods, invoices, cancellation, and active app count through the account billing area or Stripe billing portal where available. Deleting an app may disable the wrapped app and native features for that app while freeing an app slot unless you reduce active app count. Cancellation normally stops future renewals; it does not automatically refund past charges, launch fees, completed builds, protected delivery work, or support already provided, unless required by law or expressly stated in writing.
Third-party services
The service can rely on third-party providers for hosting, authentication, analytics, payments, email, GitHub/source connections, AI processing, screenshot generation, Android tooling, cloud storage, customer support, and deployment infrastructure. Third-party services may change, fail, suspend accounts, apply their own terms, or require additional setup. LaunchLift AI is not responsible for third-party services outside its reasonable control, but will try to design integrations in a way that is practical and recoverable.
Acceptable use
You may not use LaunchLift AI to submit, build, publish, or support unlawful, harmful, deceptive, infringing, abusive, malware-related, surveillance, spam, phishing, credential-harvesting, adult exploitation, hate, harassment, or security-invasive apps or content. You may not attempt to bypass plan limits, access another user's data, reverse engineer private systems, overload the service, interfere with security controls, submit secrets where they are not requested, or use outputs to mislead users, stores, investors, or regulators.
Google Play and platform approval
LaunchLift AI helps prepare launch materials for Android, PWA, Chrome Extension, Firefox Add-ons, LaunchLiftAI Market, Google Play, Apple, Microsoft, and selected third-party marketplace workflows. It may generate APK/AAB files, extension ZIPs, PWA assets, iOS source packages, Windows/PWA package files, listings, policy notes, QA evidence, transcript records, and watched-browser guidance where your account, package identity, permissions, signed release file, plan, and confirmations are ready. The Launch Agent or OpenClaw may guide supported setup, upload, export, and review screens, but store-owned sign-in, payment, identity, permissions, legal declarations, credential entry, upload approval, final submission, and rollout decisions remain with the app owner. You remain responsible for your developer account and each marketplace account you choose to use. LaunchLift AI does not control Google Play, Chrome Web Store, Mozilla Add-ons, Apple, Microsoft, Samsung, Huawei, Amazon, Aptoide, F-Droid, other marketplace review, user ratings, search ranking, installs, revenue, refunds, subscriptions, compliance outcomes, or business performance.
Native features and implementation limits
Native features such as push notifications, camera, location, Bluetooth, NFC, sensors, media access, app links, payments, offline behavior, and background work may require app code, Android permissions, Firebase or another backend, user controls, platform configuration, policy disclosures, and real-device testing. LaunchLift AI can prepare guidance, Launch Agent setup help, code suggestions, GitHub pull requests, verification checks, and handoff notes where supported, but a native feature is only production-ready after the required app, backend, configuration, policy, and device-test evidence has been reviewed.
Owner-controlled actions
LaunchLift AI may guide or prepare account-owned steps, but it must not enter owner passwords, payment details, signing keys, legal declarations, developer-account identity information, final upload approvals, store submissions, or rollout decisions for you. If an Agent is watching a browser or preparing instructions, the owner remains the person who controls credentials, confirmations, declarations, payments, signing, and final publication.
Intellectual property
LaunchLift AI, including its software, design, workflows, prompts, templates, interface, brand, documentation, and platform logic, belongs to LaunchLift AI or its licensors. These terms do not transfer ownership of LaunchLift AI technology to you. You may use the service outputs for your own submitted app and business, subject to these terms, your plan, third-party rights, and applicable law.
Suspension and termination
LaunchLift AI may suspend or terminate access if you breach these terms, create risk for the platform or other users, fail to pay, misuse integrations, submit prohibited content, or if continued service would create legal, security, or operational risk. You may stop using the service at any time. Certain records may be retained where needed for billing, security, audit, legal compliance, support history, or legitimate business purposes.
Disclaimers
The service is provided on an as-is and as-available basis to the maximum extent allowed by law. LaunchLift AI does not promise that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure against every threat, compatible with every app, accepted by every app store, or suitable for every legal or commercial purpose. You are responsible for backup, testing, final review, compliance decisions, and production release decisions.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent allowed by law, LaunchLift AI will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, punitive, lost profit, lost revenue, lost data, lost goodwill, app store rejection, platform suspension, business interruption, or third-party service damages. Where liability cannot be excluded, LaunchLift AI's total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service giving rise to the claim during the three months before the event, or the minimum amount required by applicable law.
Indemnity
You agree to defend and hold LaunchLift AI harmless from claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, and expenses arising from your submitted materials, your app, your store listing, your use of generated outputs, your breach of these terms, your misuse of third-party integrations, or your violation of law, third-party rights, or platform policies.
Changes to the service or terms
LaunchLift AI may update the service, features, plans, limits, pricing, integrations, and these terms over time. Material changes will be reflected by an updated date and, where practical, notice through the product, website, email, or account area. Continued use after an update means you accept the updated terms.
Governing law and disputes
The governing law, venue, and dispute process will be the one stated in your applicable order, invoice, checkout terms, or separate written agreement. If none is stated, disputes will be handled under the laws applicable to the LaunchLift AI contracting entity, excluding conflict-of-law rules, unless consumer protection law in your location requires a different approach.
