This policy explains what information LaunchLiftAI collects when a visitor scans a web app, creates an account, connects GitHub or Google Play, uses AI assistance, uploads assets, talks to an Agent or OpenClaw, asks support questions, receives protected outputs, or subscribes to a plan.
Overview
This Privacy Policy explains how LaunchLift AI collects, uses, shares, and protects information when you use https://launchliftai.com, the LaunchLift AI workspace, pricing and billing pages, AI support, source-connection workflows, build and marketplace workflows, protected downloads, and related services. It is written for LaunchLift AI customers, website visitors, account users, support contacts, and people whose information may appear in submitted app materials.
Who is responsible for your information
LaunchLift AI is responsible for the personal information it processes to operate the service, unless a separate written agreement says otherwise. Privacy, access, deletion, correction, and data protection requests can be sent to support@launchliftai.com. If you submit information about your own app users, customers, employees, or collaborators, you are responsible for having the rights and notices needed to provide that information to LaunchLift AI.
Information you provide
We may collect account details such as name, email address, login provider, organization details, plan selection, support messages, app names, app URLs, app descriptions, brand assets, screenshots, uploaded files, marketplace setup information, Launch Agent or OpenClaw corrections, setup notes, prompts, instructions, approvals, feedback, and information you add to the workspace. If you connect a source provider, we may process repository identifiers, branch names, file paths, pull request context, installation details, and selected code or metadata needed for the workflow you authorize.
Information generated by the service
We may create and store scan findings, launch readiness scores, native feature recommendations, policy notes, store copy drafts, data safety prompts, screenshot and asset outputs, AI enhancement history, support summaries, build handoff files, owner-Agent transcript summaries, watched-browser handoff records, marketplace upload preparation records, version history, protected artifact links, billing status, admin review notes, support thread history, and operational logs needed to operate and improve the service.
Payment information
Payments may be processed by a third-party payment provider such as Stripe. LaunchLift AI does not need to store full card numbers. We may receive and store payment status, customer identifiers, subscription status, plan, invoice references, billing portal status, tax or country indicators, and payment event metadata needed to provide paid features, support billing, prevent fraud, and keep account records.
Technical and usage information
We may collect device, browser, IP address, approximate location derived from IP, pages viewed, referral source, route, session events, button actions, error logs, diagnostic data, performance events, authentication events, security logs, and cookies or similar local storage needed for authentication, preferences, analytics, fraud prevention, reliability, product improvement, and consented Google Ads campaign measurement.
How we use information
We use information to authenticate users, operate the workspace, scan submitted apps, generate launch guidance, prepare store and policy materials, manage app/version history, provide AI and human support, process payments, enforce plan limits, connect authorized integrations, support supervised Launch Agent setup steps, run build and screenshot workflows, deliver protected downloads, monitor reliability, prevent abuse, improve the product, comply with legal obligations, and communicate about account, billing, security, product, and support matters.
AI processing
When AI features are used, LaunchLift AI may send relevant prompts, support questions, app summaries, scan context, source signals, screenshot metadata, selected files, generated outputs, owner-Agent conversation history, and handoff context to an AI provider configured for the service. AI may be used to explain readiness gaps, draft store text, enhance policy and notification copy, suggest native features, adjust screenshots or image assets, summarize support context, prepare builder instructions, or guide supervised setup. We aim to send only what is needed for the requested feature. Do not submit passwords, private keys, signing credentials, payment card numbers, medical records, government identifiers, or other unnecessary sensitive information into chat, prompts, app URLs, or uploaded files.
AI provider boundaries
AI replies, generated copy, native-feature instructions, GitHub change suggestions, policy prompts, and support summaries are generated from available context and may be incomplete or incorrect. LaunchLift AI uses guardrails to keep responses grounded in the selected app, plan, scan, build, billing, GitHub, and support context, but you must review AI outputs before using them for legal, security, app-store, code, billing, or production decisions.
GitHub and source integrations
If you connect GitHub or another source provider, LaunchLift AI processes only the connection and repository information needed for the workflow you authorize, such as installation identifiers, repository metadata, branches, file paths, pull request context, and selected content used to generate fixes or instructions. You can remove or change source permissions through the provider and through supported account workflows.
Google Play and app store materials
LaunchLift AI may help prepare privacy policy drafts, data safety prompts, permission explanations, release notes, store copy, screenshots guidance, app listing materials, package notes, and upload preparation records. If you choose an upload workflow, we may process the Play Console release URL, package name confirmation, release track, upload state, service-account access status, and related operational records. You are responsible for ensuring that your final privacy policy, in-app disclosures, consent flows, data safety declarations, permissions, and store listing accurately describe the app that you publish.
Chrome extensions and limited-use commitments
When LaunchLift AI prepares, tests, or packages Chrome extension materials, the privacy description must match the extension's disclosed purpose. Extension-related data should be limited to what is necessary for the feature, security, reliability, analytics, and support described to users. LaunchLift AI does not permit using extension user data for unrelated advertising, resale, credit decisions, or undisclosed surveillance.
Sensitive information
LaunchLift AI is not designed for unnecessary sensitive information. Do not submit passwords, private keys, signing certificates, payment card numbers, protected health records, government identifiers, children's data, or highly confidential customer data unless a specific workflow asks for it and you have a lawful basis to provide it. If sensitive information is accidentally submitted, contact support so it can be reviewed and removed where practical.
Legal bases for users in the EEA, UK, or similar regions
Where required, we rely on performance of a contract to provide the service, legitimate interests to secure and improve the platform, consent where required for optional communications or certain cookies, and legal obligations for tax, accounting, fraud prevention, dispute handling, and compliance. You may have the right to object to processing based on legitimate interests in some circumstances.
How we share information
We may share information with service providers that help with hosting, storage, authentication, payments, source connections, AI processing, email, analytics, monitoring, screenshots, Android build infrastructure, customer support, and security. We may also share information with your authorized teammates or connected accounts, with app stores or source providers when you direct us to, with professional advisers, during a business transfer, or when required to comply with law, protect rights, prevent abuse, or respond to lawful requests.
International transfers
LaunchLift AI and its providers may process information in countries other than where you live. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for international transfers, such as contractual protections, provider commitments, regional hosting choices where available, and security measures designed to protect the information.
Cookies and similar technologies
The service uses cookies, local storage, session storage, and similar technologies for login, security, session continuity, preferences, analytics, performance, fraud prevention, product functionality, and consented campaign measurement. Necessary storage remains available for core operation. Google analytics and advertising storage signals default to denied until you make a choice in the live privacy preference center, and you can change that choice later.
Retention
We retain information for as long as needed to provide the service, maintain projects and version history, support upgrades, provide protected downloads, comply with legal and tax obligations, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, prevent abuse, keep security logs, and support customers. Retention periods vary by data type. When information is no longer needed, we delete, de-identify, or archive it according to operational and legal requirements.
Security
We use technical and organizational measures designed to protect information, including access controls, protected storage, secure transport, role-based admin workflows, signed or protected artifact links, monitoring, review processes, and provider security controls. No online service can guarantee absolute security, so users should protect credentials, avoid submitting unnecessary secrets, and review connected integration permissions.
Your choices and rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, export, restrict, or object to certain processing of your personal information. You may also have the right to withdraw consent where processing is based on consent. California residents may have rights to know, delete, correct, opt out of sale or sharing, limit use of sensitive personal information, and avoid discrimination for exercising privacy rights, where those laws apply. LaunchLift AI does not intend to sell personal information.
Sale, sharing, and targeted advertising
LaunchLift AI does not intend to sell personal information. The service can use consented Google Ads measurement and personalization signals to understand campaign performance. Where advertising, retargeting, or cross-context behavioral advertising counts as selling or sharing under applicable law, LaunchLiftAI will apply the required notice, consent, and opt-out controls before that use.
Children
LaunchLift AI is intended for business users and builders, not children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age required by applicable law. If you believe a child provided personal information, contact us so we can review and delete it where appropriate.
Your app users
LaunchLift AI is mainly a builder platform. If you submit app data that includes information about your own users, leads, members, customers, or employees, you are responsible for your relationship with them, including any privacy notices, legal basis, consent, data processing terms, deletion requests, and app store disclosures that apply to your own app.
Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy as the service, providers, laws, or product features change. The updated date will show when the policy was last revised. Material changes may also be communicated through the website, product, email, or account area when practical.
