Request deletion of your LaunchLiftAI account and associated personal data from this public page or, after signing in, from your account menu.
How to request deletion
Sign in and choose Account deletion from the account menu for the secure, authenticated request flow. If you cannot sign in, email support@launchliftai.com from the address associated with your LaunchLiftAI account with the subject “LaunchLiftAI account deletion request”.
What the request covers
After identity and account-scope review, LaunchLiftAI will delete or de-identify the account profile and personal data linked to it, including eligible projects, uploaded brand materials, generated launch assets, support content, and saved workspace records. The review prevents deletion of another person's account and identifies data that belongs to a shared organization or must be returned first.
Subscriptions and connected services
Deleting a LaunchLiftAI account does not by itself guarantee cancellation of an external subscription or deletion inside a connected provider such as Stripe, GitHub, Google, Firebase, or an app store. Review and cancel active billing in the billing area and revoke third-party connections where applicable. Support will flag active billing or connected-service steps during review.
Retention exceptions
Some records may be retained for billing, tax, fraud prevention, security, dispute resolution, legal compliance, backup integrity, or other legitimate obligations. Retained data is limited to the required purpose and retention period, then deleted or de-identified when no longer needed.
What happens next
An authenticated request creates a high-priority support record and audit event; it does not erase data immediately. LaunchLiftAI support will confirm the request, clarify scope if needed, and provide completion or retention information through the verified account channel.
